Return policy.

 

Currently we don’t offer full refunds on original paintings unless they are damaged. This is because each painting comes with a certificate of authenticity, an additional free gift, and is shipped to the customer free of charge, regardless of the size of the painting or the customer’s location.

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as quickly as possible, ideally within 48 hours, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Please contact ivapaints@gmail.com regarding any damaged items. Please provide proof if possible, such as photos of the damaged packaging or item.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Iva Kunciak is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
