Shipping policy.

 

All orders ship worldwide from Canada. Orders shipping within Canada or to the US ship at a flat rate of 15$ while orders shipping internationally ship at a flat rate of 30$.

 

We try our best to ship your order quickly but, as we are a small company of one (1) person, we ask you to allow up to 2-3 business days for handling. We use this extra time to make sure we are able to securely package your order for safe delivery. Shipping within Canada and to the United States generally takes between 2-7 business days. When shipping to other locations please allow for extra time to accommodate the additional distance.

 

All of our shipping includes tracking which will we sent to you once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Please note that Iva Kunciak is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order by your home country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
