Do you offer commissions?

Yes! Please email me at ivapaints@gmail.com with the details of what you would like. Over email, we will discuss what you are looking for and how it will be completed. All ideas will be finalized and the terms of the commission will put into a contract before any work is started. Throughout the creation of your commission, I will send you progress photos to ensure that its being created according to our agreement.

Currently, commissions are priced at $1 per square inch (so a 16x20 would cost $320) and 50% of the commission is taken as a non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of materials. The remainder of the fee will be due before dispatch.

Shipping costs apply to commissions in the same way as they do regular orders.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat shipping rate of 15$ within Canada and the US, and 30$ internationally. This applies regardless of parcel size.

Unfortunately we don't offer free shipping at this time because we are a small company of just one person and we have to buy all packing materials, package, and ship it ourselves.

Can I change my address?

If you have put in an incorrect shipping address, please email ivapaints@gmail.com immediately and before your item has been dispatched so that I can change it. If it has already been dispatched, I cannot guarantee that there is anything we can do. Hopefully it will be sent back to us and we will resend it to you with the correct address. In this case we would ask that you be willing to cover the extra shipping since we are shipping all originals for free at our own cost.

Will I be charged customs fees?

If you live outside of Canada, whether you will be charged customs fees will be dependent on the laws of your country. This varies from place to place so it may be a good idea to look up the rules in place where you live.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

What is your return policy?

Currently we do not offer returns on any original paintings unless they are damaged. For more information, our full return policy is here.

Where are you based?

I'm based in Canada at the moment. All products purchased on this website will be shipped from Canada.
